Velvet Rebellion

Velvet Rebellion is my senior thesis animation project — a vibrant, genre-blending story about an indie garage band navigating identity, ambition, and the politics of performance. The series follows Ruby, Angel, and Murni as they find their voice both onstage and off. Through music, style, and narrative worldbuilding, Velvet Rebellion explores nostalgia, girlhood, and the power of self-authored representation.
